Robert Finvarb Companies (RFC) is a private real estate investment and development company based in Miami, Florida. Robert Finvarb, founder of the company, started his development career in 2002. Since then, RFC has developed projects in excess of $1bn of market value, containing more than 3,000 hotel rooms that are affiliated with Marriott, Hyatt and Choice International and are in seven states and the District of Columbia.

Founder Robert Finvarb has been a real estate developer and investor since 2002 and has been a pioneer in developing mixed-use urban select service hotels in high barrier to entry markets throughout the United States. Robert attributes his success to a conservative business strategy focused on long term profitability and asset appreciation together with the creation of cutting edge design that meet the needs of today’s traveler. Over the past fifteen years, he has led the development efforts for more than $900 million of mixed- use hotel and retail developments in a diverse array of markets by pursuing opportunities in urban, university and medical destinations.

Robert received his J.D from Georgetown University Law Center in 1993 and B.S. in Accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida in 1990.
