Robert Finvarb Companies and Hyatt Hotels have executed a franchise agreement for the development of a 105-room Hyatt Hotel together with more than 9,000 square feet of retail space in the heart of South Beach at the corner of 16th street and Collins Avenue. This project represents the first Hyatt branded hotel in Miami Beach.
